Overview

At Oldiskoool, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our refund and exchange policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

  • Refunds: Eligible within 7 days of delivery
  • Exchanges: Eligible within 12 days of delivery

If the specified time period has passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Refund Policy (7 Days)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refunds are typically completed within a few working days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Exchange Policy (12 Days)

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To request an exchange:

  • Include your order number, images of the issue, and reason for exchange

Once approved, further instructions will be shared.


Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Sale or clearance items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.


Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit after the return is approved.
  • If the gift was shipped to the purchaser first, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.

Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for high-value items
  • Oldiskoool is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments
