At Oldiskoool, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our refund and exchange policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
- Refunds: Eligible within 7 days of delivery
- Exchanges: Eligible within 12 days of delivery
If the specified time period has passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- The item must be in the same condition as received
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

- Sale or discounted items
- Downloadable or digital products
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Personal or hygiene-related items (if applicable)
Refund Policy (7 Days)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

- Refunds are typically completed within a few working days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Exchange Policy (12 Days)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To request an exchange:

- Include your order number, images of the issue, and reason for exchange
Once approved, further instructions will be shared.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Sale or clearance items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit after the return is approved.
- If the gift was shipped to the purchaser first, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.
Shipping Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for high-value items
- Oldiskoool is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments
